The theme for the BBB video contest is trust. The definition of trust is: "Belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, effective." Trust is something that you cannot achieve all by yourself. Trust is between at least one other person and yourself. Trust takes a long time to develop, and is easy to break. Trust is the most valuable but fragile thing on this Earth.
For the video, I wanted to interview some people to see what they had to say about trust. I interviewed two people, my friends Griffin Johnston and Lindsey Meyers. Both of their definitions of trust really focussed on the trust between friends, and how important it is. I wanted to shape my video around their definitions, and because their definitions both focussed on friendship, I decided to film people interacting with their friends. I had to sneak around and film people without them knowing then ask their permission afterwards. I feel there is no way to truly describe trust: it must be shown through action, which is why my video is the way it is.
Oh, also, I did the color palette to show different moods. Sometimes things are bright, sometimes their not, but it's always better when you have people you trust around you.
